Complete Dismissal of Vexatious Suit filed by Mr. Sanjay Mazumdar through his company Lucintel Services India Pvt. Ltd. Against Stratview Research

Raipur. India. In a judgement dated 27^th March, 2026, Hon’ble Commercial Court, Nava Raipur, has unequivocally dismissed the suit against Stratview Research instituted at the behest of Mr. Sanjay Majumdar, CEO of Lucintel Services India Pvt. Ltd., in its entirety

We write to formally apprise you of the judgment dated 27.03.2026 delivered by the Hon’ble Commercial Court (District Judge Level), Nava Raipur Atal Nagar in Commercial Suit Class B No. 15B/2024 titled as M/s Lucintel Services India Pvt. Ltd. vs. Ritesh Gandecha & Ors.

The said suit was instituted at the behest of Mr. Sanjay Majumdar, CEO of Lucintel Services India Pvt. Ltd. as a mala fide, vexatious and spite-driven attempt to target and harass Mr. Ritesh Gandecha, Mr. Deepak Agrawal and Mr. Aditya Joshi following their lawful exit and continuation of their independent professional careers. The proceedings were further extended to unjustifiably implicate M/s Radiant Offshore Consultancy LLP (Stratview Research) and its partners, solely on account of their legitimate and independent business activities.

After the trial was concluded, the Hon’ble Commercial Court, Raipur by way of a detailed and reasoned 56-page judgment, has unequivocally dismissed the suit in its entirety, rejecting every allegation and relief sought by Mr. Sanjay Majumdar through his company Lucintel Services India Pvt. Ltd.

The findings of the Hon’ble Court are categorical, scathing, and leave no room for ambiguity:

• The allegations of copyright infringement, breach of confidentiality and misuse of data were found to be wholly baseless, unsubstantiated, and legally untenable;
• Mr. Sanjay Majumdar’s company ‘Lucintel Services India Pvt. Ltd.’ failed to even identify any alleged confidential information or copyrighted material, much less establish any misuse;
• Not a shred of evidence was led to demonstrate copying, or unlawful gain by Mr. Ritesh Gandecha, Mr. Deepak Agrawal, Mr. Aditya Joshi, and M/s Radiant Offshore Consultancy LLP and its partners;
• The pleadings were vague, omnibus, and founded on conjecture rather than evidence;
• The entire suit was fundamentally misconceived and incapable of sustaining any legal relief.

The Hon’ble Court has further recorded that Lucintel Services India Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Sanjay Mazumdar’s company, failed to discharge even the minimum evidentiary burden required for such serious allegations, and that the case was built purely on suspicion without any factual foundation.

In clear and unequivocal terms, the Hon’ble Court has found no wrongdoing whatsoever on the part of Mr. Ritesh Gandecha, Mr. Deepak Agrawal, Mr. Aditya Joshi, and M/s Radiant Offshore Consultancy LLP and its partners. The entire factual matrix, evidence and legal issues were exhaustively examined, and each allegation advanced by Mr. Sanjay Majumdar and Lucintel has been outrightly rejected.

The inevitable and inescapable conclusion is that the proceedings initiated by Mr. Sanjay Majumdar through his company Lucintel Services India Pvt. Ltd. were not only legally unsustainable but were also motivated, vexatious, and instituted with the sole objective of harassment and obstruction of the Mr. Ritesh Gandecha, Mr. Deepak Agrawal, Mr. Aditya Joshi, and M/s Radiant Offshore Consultancy LLP and its partners legitimate business operations.

This judgment stands as a complete, emphatic, and final vindication of Mr. Ritesh Gandecha, Mr. Deepak Agrawal, Mr. Aditya Joshi, and M/s Radiant Offshore Consultancy LLP and its partners, reaffirming that their business activities are entirely lawful, independent, and free from any illegality.
