A leading leaf spring manufacturer wanted to know the demand of leaf springs for the top 25 LCV programs in Europe and the US.

Client Objective

The client wanted to know the usage of leaf springs in the leading LCV programs by material type, spring type, and installation type.

Our Solution

We identified the top 25 LCV programs in Europe and the US. The programs were chosen in such a way as to cover more than 60% of the demand for leaf springs in both Europe and the US.
We provided the market volumes of leaf springs for each program for both OEM and aftermarket and broke down the demand of leaf spring by material type, spring type, and installation type.

Impact

Our study helped the client identify the top platforms in Europe and the US which account for the major demand of leaf springs.
