What is persulfate?
Persulfates are the inorganic compounds readily soluble in water and are prepared by electrolysis of their analogous sulfates at high current density and low temperature. On account of oxidation, persulfate when dissolved in water produces acidic solution. Persulfates act as strong oxidants with a temperate shelf life and they can be very economical to use when they are stored properly.
