It consists of two basic construction elements - lining and load bearing construction which are put together to form functional, static, and aesthetic unit. The basic material used in the dry-assembly works is gypsum. Instead of concrete and bricks, plywood and gypsum boards are used in dry constructions. They offer numerous advantages such as moisture resistance, reduction in construction time, fire safety, better thermal and sound insulation, ease of installation, and freedom of design.
